Grilled Cantaloupe wrapped with Bleu Cheese and Prosciutto

Ingredients (Three of them)
  • Cantaloupe, sliced like quarter moons (about 3/4 inch thick), chilled
  • Bleu Cheese (1 teaspoon for every slice of cantaloupe)
  • Prosciutto (1 strip for every slice of cantaloupe)

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium. Rub oil on grates (use paper towls and tongs) so cantaloupe won't stick.
  2. Lay out slices of prosciutto individually, place one teaspoon of bleu cheese in center of prosciutto (you will not cook thes prosciutto or bleu cheese).
  3. Place cantaloupe on grates, cook five minutes per side (should see grill marks)
  4. Once cantaloupe is cooked, place center of cantaloupe on center of prosciutto so you can wrap the prosciutto around the cantaloupe (perpendicular)
Serve immediately. This is awesome served right away. Left overs are pretty nasty.

Should look something like this, but put grill marks on the melon.
